Yes, FareHarbor offers built-in payment processing for tour, activity, and attraction operators. You can accept online payments through FareHarbor’s booking system, as well as track non-credit card payment types like cash, checks, vouchers, and other custom payment methods directly in your Dashboard.
FareHarbor works with trusted payment service providers (PSPs), including Stripe and PayPal, to help operators provide a smooth checkout experience for customers. FareHarbor also lets you accept in-person card payments using supported card readers, so customers can pay when they arrive.
Security is built into the platform as well. FareHarbor is compliant with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) which is designed to help protect cardholder data. Electronic payments collected through FareHarbor are processed by PCI Level 1-certified service providers such as Stripe, PayPal, or Adyen, and data is encrypted in transit.
Operators can access new invoices and credit notes directly in the Dashboard under FareHarbor Invoices. Historical payment processing documents for transactions before June 30, 2026, remain available in the Payment Processing Documents report.
