Before your first booking comes through, they’ll configure key parts of your account, including availability, pricing, and booking flow, so you can start using FareHarbor with confidence.
You will also receive a full walkthrough of the software from the Onboarding Specialist. They’ll help you understand how to manage bookings, operations, and customer experiences inside your Dashboard, so your system works the way it should from the start.
Need a refresher later on? You can schedule additional training sessions to revisit features and get back up to speed.
