With FareHarbor’s easy and user-friendly online booking experience, more than 80% of Hopscottch’s customers purchase tickets in advance. Previously, online sales were limited to tickets and memberships. However, under the recommendation of their Account Manager, the team saw an opportunity to expand their sales strategy, exploring new ways to upsell merchandise and retail items right in the booking flow.
